Check-in was a bizarre experience at the diner next door, where the staff seemed untrained and couldn't find my reservation. Additionally, the lack of amenities like ice buckets in the room or a coffee pot was disappointing. The absence of an elevator made it extraordinarily difficult for my husband, who uses a cane, to access our room on the second floor.

I was impressed by how clean and spotless the room was The diner connected by a walkway offered delicious meals around the clock, which was convenient. I especially loved the best blackout draperies I've ever seen, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
